Who we are
These Terms of Sale are between you and Yachts o Fun, LLC, doing business as Highwall Lift ("Highwall Lift", "we", "us"), 3802 Horizon Road, Amarillo, TX 79118. Contact: sales@highwalllift.com or (806) 729-3701.
Products and pricing
We sell two products online: The Buddy™ (Model A), $299.00 per set, and The Hank™ (Model B), $397.00 per set. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable sales tax are added at checkout and shown before payment. Prices are set by Highwall Lift and verified at checkout. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilling it and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation or order number (format HWL-YYYY-NNNN) acknowledges receipt of your order and payment but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the product.
Highwall Lift may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory shortages, pricing errors, inability to ship to your address, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, all payments collected for the cancelled order are refunded in full.
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships by contacting sales@highwalllift.com or (806) 729-3701. After shipment, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe through a secure hosted checkout. At launch we accept major credit and debit cards. Highwall Lift does not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Sales tax and tax-exempt purchasers
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout by our Stripe Tax integration based on your shipping address and is collected where Highwall Lift is required to do so.
Tax-exempt purchasers must contact sales@highwalllift.com, provide their exemption documentation, and receive a custom quote before purchasing. Tax collected on an online order cannot be refunded on the basis of an exemption presented after purchase, except as required by law.
Shipping and responsibility for the shipment
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Highwall Lift remains responsible for the shipment until FedEx delivers it to the designated delivery address.
Returns, refunds and limited warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which also contains the 12-Month Limited Warranty that applies to The Buddy™ and The Hank™. The Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intended use and safety
The Buddy™ and The Hank™ are material hangers for use with aerial work platforms by trained personnel. Each set is rated for a single panel up to 106 lb. You must follow Highwall Lift's installation instructions, the published load limits, and the lift manufacturer's safety requirements and applicable standards (including ANSI A92) and jobsite rules.
The Buddy™ and The Hank™ do not increase the aerial lift's rated capacity and do not replace any required safety procedure. You are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for your lift and application.
Disclaimer
Except for the express 12-Month Limited Warranty in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Highwall Lift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delays, arising from a purchase, and Highwall Lift's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable consumer rights.
Intellectual property
Highwall Lift, The Buddy™, The Hank™ and the content of this website are the property of Yachts o Fun, LLC, doing business as Highwall Lift or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from a purchase will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Potter County, Texas. These Terms do not require arbitration.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively to orders placed after the revised Terms become effective; existing orders remain governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed. Effective date: October 15, 2026.
